The Conference
The 2018 Mneme conference will be hosted in two different towns, Venice (17-18, 20-21 April), where people will stay, and Udine (19 April).
The venues
In Venice the conference will take place at the Auditorium Santa Margherita of the Ca’ Foscari University, that is now in use as a theatre, but was formerly a church dedicated to Saint Margaret. The venue is located in Campo Santa Margherita (Dorsoduro 3689) that is one of the most vibrant squares in Venice. It is only 10 minutes walk from the railway station and 8 minutes from Piazzale Roma, the bus station and principal arrival point in Venice. If you take the waterbus (vaporetto) the closest waterbus stop is San Tomà - Ca' Rezzonico (7 minutes walk).

The posters will be displayed at the Ca’ Foscari University (Calle Larga Foscari, 3246) in Sala Archivio on Thursday 18th of April. The poster presentation will take place on Friday 20th of April (h. 15:15-17:00).

The venue of the conference in Udine, where people will be transferred by bus on Thursday 19th, will be the Castle of Udine, Salone del Parlamento, a venue made available by the Udine Municipality for welcoming the Aegaeum participants. The castle (Piazzale del Castello 2) is located on a hill in the middle of the town and is 20 minutes walk from the railway station. Click here for the map
The registration to the Mneme conference will be made possible in Venice, at the Auditorium of Santa Margherita since Tuesday 17th in the morning; registered people will then receive the conference program and abstracts, as well other pertinent information.
